You are writing to the person who tasted the batch.
There is no support desk here, no ticket number, no first name pulled off a template. Mail goes to me.
I read every message myself and reply myself, usually inside a day. If it takes longer it is because I am standing in a kitchen or a warehouse with my phone in a pocket, not because your note went into a queue somewhere.
Write like you would to a person. Order number if you have one, a photo if something arrived wrong, and the actual thing you want to happen. That is enough. I would rather sort it in one email than four.
The answer might already be written. Shipping windows, ingredients, allergens, subscriptions and refunds all live in the FAQ, in more detail than I can fit in a reply.
Read the FAQ firstTap to open your mail app. Or copy it, whichever you prefer. Replies come from the same address.
Three kinds of mail.
What happens nextLane 01
Orders & refunds
Something late, missing or not right: I fix it or refund you in the same reply.
Refunds run 30 days from delivery, in full, and nothing gets shipped back. Send the order number if you have it, and a photo if the pouch arrived damaged.

Stores & wholesale
Carrying dati in a shop or cafe: I reply with the wholesale sheet and samples.
Tell me the store name, the city, and roughly what your shelf looks like. No minimum conversation to have, and no forms to fill in before the samples go out.

Everything else
Press, collabs, an idea, a complaint: I answer it personally, usually inside a day.
Including the ones that are hard to read. Most of what has changed about the packing and shipping came out of messages exactly like that.
Nothing to send back, nothing to argue about.
If the bites miss for you, one email inside 30 days is the whole process. Meanwhile the FAQ answers most of what people write in about.
Shipping is US only today. If you are outside the US, write anyway and I will tell you honestly where that stands.
