Gut-friendly energy bites
Ginger & Turmeric
The daily bite your gut looks forward to. Prebiotic fiber from whole dates and chia, nine real ingredients, and nothing added to make it sweet.

Added sugar

Fiber per serving

Sweet enough to want. Fibrous enough to matter.
Three grams of prebiotic fiber per serving, and all of it comes from food you can picture. Whole dates keep their fiber instead of being pressed into syrup, and chia adds the rest. That is the kind of fiber gut bacteria actually feed on.
One bite a day is a small enough habit that you will actually keep it. That matters more than any single ingredient on the label.
Dates are the ingredient story here, not the category. What you are buying is a fiber habit that happens to taste like dessert.
Every one you can picture and pronounce.
Nine ingredients. No natural flavors, no gums, no protein isolate, nothing to hold it together but coconut oil and pressure.

Dates
The whole sweetener, fiber still attached.

Almonds
Structure, and a little protein.

Walnuts
Omega-3s, and why the texture isn't dense.

Raw cacao
Bitter enough to keep this from tasting like candy.

Coconut oil
Holds the bite together. No binders needed.

Chia seeds
Where most of the 3g of fiber comes from.

Ginger
The heat you notice on the finish.

Turmeric
Earthy, warm, and doing the color.

Black pepper
In there so the turmeric actually absorbs.

Questions worth answering.
For most people, yes, for a couple of hours. A serving is 2 bites, 30g, and it lands somewhere between a snack and a small breakfast. The fiber and the fat from almonds and walnuts are what make it hold, not sugar.
Two bites, 30g. A pouch holds 8 bites, 120g, so four servings per pouch. Most people eat one bite at a time and treat the pouch as a week.
No. Dates are the entire sweetener, so these carry real carbohydrate. If you are counting carbs strictly this is not the snack for you, and we would rather say so than sell you one.
Because dates bring their own fiber. Cane sugar, syrups and most alternative sweeteners arrive stripped of everything else. Whole dates are why the label reads 0g added sugar and 3g fiber at the same time.
In the USA, in a small factory in New Jersey, in small batches. Every batch is tasted before it goes out.
